SHIPPING

Free domestic shipping on all orders unless rush shipping is requested; ETA is 3-5 business days for in stock items. If you need rush shipping, please contact us before ordering and the shipping cost will be added. Custom order ETA’s are calculated based on the piece. All shipping is through USPS with tracking numbers and insurance when order is over $150. You will be contacted as soon as your order ships with the tracking number.

Free International shipping on orders over $300. Under $300, $20 through USPS standard international shipping. ETA is 10-15 business days.

All ETA’s listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you have any special requests or delivery deadlines, please contact us and we will so our best to accommodate.

International orders all ship via USPS.  Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country.  All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs into your designated country.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event your package gets lost in transit, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions for RETURNS. Please note there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on special or custom orders.

RETURNS

We understand that some purchases just don’t work out, and we really want you to love your purchase! We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your package. Send a message on the contact page with the subject being “RETURN” to pre-authorize your return. Returns must be in original condition, unworn and include all original packaging. Return shipping and tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. All custom orders are final. All claims of damaged, defective or incorrect goods must be made immediately upon receipt of your package.  WE reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your piece, please send a message on the contact page with the subject being “EXCHANGE”.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, after the arrival of your package. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. Time it takes to credit back to your card will depend on the card company policies. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds. 

JEWELRY CARE

All pieces of etched jewelry whether sterling silver/copper bimetal or copper have been coated with a protective lacquer spray on the front of the piece to preserve the oxidized patina (the black). All pieces of jewelry come with a yellow cleaning cloth. DO NOT RUB THE CLOTH ON THE FRONT OF YOUR ETCHED PIECE OF JEWELRY. Tarnishing will not take place because of this coating, so no cleaning should be necessary. Using the cleaning cloth on the front of the piece will remove the protective coating and eventually remove the black patina. However, all areas or pieces that are just silver or the back of the piece may be cleaned with the cloth as tarnishing will happen over time without regular attention. This includes earring wires. Never use liquid cleaners or abrasive methods of cleaning. We also do not recommend sleeping, showering or swimming with your jewelry on.
